Gilles Raveaud
gilles raveaud is currently Assistant Professor
of Economics at the Institute for European Studies,
University Paris 8. He is an associate researcher at
IRES, an institute specialised in labour and employment
issues, which works in co-operation with trade unions
www.ires-fr.org. He is a contributor to the alternative
economic news magazine Alternatives Economiques,
which hosts his blog: www.alternatives-economiques.
fr/blogs/raveaud (in French). He is a co-founder
of the ‘Post-Autistic Economics Movement’ wwwch
was launched in Paris in June 2000 (www.autismeeconomie.
org in French, and www.paecon.net in
English). He was a post-doctoral fellow, at the invitation
of Professor Steve Marglin, at Harvard University at the
time of writing.
