Pacific Asia Resource Center (PARC)
The Pacific Asia Resource Center (PARC) aims to create a society where people of the « North » and the « South » can live with equality and harmony. We believe that changes achieved by individuals will help bring about change in Japanese society as a whole-as well as help achieve a more just and balanced “North-South” relationship. Our aim is to act as an intermediary for an ever-expanding network that will promote liaisons among people working from different corners of the world, encourage mutual empowerment, and continually-serve to broaden the scope of our own ideas and vision.
